The lattes

Matcha, ube, chai: our colourful lattes

They're made with blends from La Main Noire: spices, plants and superfoods, mostly organic and with no added colouring. The colours come from the ingredients.

  • Matcha latte

    Premium matcha with a hint of ginger and moringa.

  • Ube latte

    Purple sweet potato, vanilla, toasted almond. Our signature latte.

  • Pistachio latte

    Roasted pistachio paste and white chocolate.

  • Pumpkin latte

    Pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger and black pepper.

  • Autumn pumpkin latte

    Pumpkin and gingerbread spices.

  • Cinnamon roll latte

    Cinnamon latte, cinnamon roll style.

  • Lavender latte

    Lavender, coconut, Bourbon vanilla.

  • Chai latte

    Black tea, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and clove. Also as a dirty chai, with a shot of espresso.

For chocolate lovers: the marshmallow hot chocolate (Valrhona hot chocolate, whipped cream and marshmallows) or the old-fashioned hot chocolate.

Espresso, flat white and iced coffee

All the coffee classics: espresso, long black, macchiato, cortado, cappuccino, latte, flat white and mocha. They also come iced: iced americano, iced latte, iced flat white or iced mocha.

Oat, almond, soy or coconut milk on request, and an extra shot if it's a long day.

With your coffee

A cookie, banana bread or carrot cake. And if you're hungry, our brunch in République is served all day, until 10:30pm.
